If you have purchased from Rabbitwood and Reason and you would like to exchange or return an item for any reason, please enclose your invoice and merchandise in the original packaging and return by mail to the following address:

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations from the United States and all other countries
Please contact me: within 3 days of delivery to notify and discuss your return
The return ship date for merchandise: within 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation: within 24 hours of purchase
Refunds will be processed within 1 - 3 days upon receipt of the return package to the address listed above.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs if item is not defective. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
